Voice Record Coordinator Position Available

JOB TITLE: Voice Record Coordinator  

REPORTING TO: Head Of Production

Telegael is currently looking to hire a Voice Record Coordinator to work in our production department on our animated projects.

Established in 1988, our multi-Emmy® and IFTA award winning studio works with international producers, distributors and broadcasters to develop, finance and co-produce animation and live-action content for the global market.
Our client list includes some of the biggest names in global broadcasting including ZDF, Disney, Discovery Kids, France Television, Super-RTL, KIKA, BBC, Nickelodeon, PBS Sprout and Cartoon Network.   We have co-produced more than 750 hours of television. Our productions have been distributed to over 140 territories throughout the world and have been translated into more than 40 languages.

The duties of this role include: 

• Liaising with agents on booking actors for voice records
• Booking of flights, accommodation and transport for the record sessions 
• Script Breakdown for Voice Records 
• Liaising with Voice Director regularly and updating him/her on script changes and cue counts 
• Upload of final dialogue to producers and tracking any changes or pick ups required 
• Attend record session and mark any changes to script 
• Keep dialogue tracker updated regularly 
• Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the company 

 Requirements

• An understanding of the TV/Film /Animations is a plus
• Experience in database work and maintaining tracking documents an advantage
• Good understanding of schedules and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• An ability to work under pressure and with demanding schedules
• Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
