Telegael is seeking an experienced producer for a 3 x 90 minute TV drama series for international distribution which be filmed in the Galway region in Q2, 2017.
The Series Producer, will be responsible for leading the production team and ensuring the overall quality of the shows from beginning to end. You will be involved in all aspects of the production from scripting to post production as well as budgeting and scheduling. You will play a key role to ensure that timelines are met within budget and that the shows are produced to agreed artistic and technical standards. You will also be in charge of hiring and overseeing cast and crew.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a series producer/executive producer of television drama to the highest standards. You must be a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills and also possess strong organisational and time management skills.
The assignment will be for 7 to 9 months and you will be based in Galway for the duration of the production.
